What we are looking for
Currently we are looking for a highly proactive, driven and efficient Business Development Manager to lead the sales effort with our larger fleet customers. This is a strategic role pulling on your ability to access and connect with top clients and build relationships with all stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Fleet Upfit Solutions, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identify and proactively hunt top customers in the national fleet market
- Secure meetings with decision makers at prospective clients
- Build a pipeline of business that enables Ranger to meet its sales goals
- Build and maintain loyal relationships that will provide ongoing profitability to Ranger Design
- Attend tradeshows & industry events
- Create a network of relevant contacts throughout the industry
- Consistent communications with internal and external partners on projects
- Support the Ranger sales team efforts
Desired skills & experience
- 5+ Years of demonstrated successful FMC or Upfitter sales experience to large national fleets
- Experienced in and comfortable with long sales cycle – (6 – 18 months)
- Strong strategic thinker, can see the big picture
- Proactive and competitive hunting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with SalesForce an asset
- Ability to travel throughout the US approx. 50% of time
