POLICY FOR RETURNING STANDARD PRODUCTS
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned product.
- Product is refunded as a credit to the customer’s account.
- Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All US orders ship to the Rochester factory. All Canadian Orders ship to the Montreal factory. No returns are to be made to the Seattle warehouse.
- Product must be in original condition and in the original packaging.
- Products ordered over six (6) months prior to return date or which are not in original condition will not be reimbursed.
- Any product returned for credit that it is deemed to not be in original condition and ineligible for maximum refund will be offered to be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If no answer is received within five (5) business days, the product becomes the property of Ranger Design and the product will be scrapped.
- The original order number or invoice number is required for returns.
- An RMA is required before any returns can be accepted. Returns that arrive without RMA paperwork will not be accepted.
- No returns will be accepted for product that is discontinued or for which discontinuation has been announced.
POLICY FOR CANCELLING STANDARD ORDERS
- Any order for standard product can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of ordering.
- QuickShip orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of ordering.
- A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on all standard orders cancelled after 24 hours and all QuickShip orders after 1 hour.
POLICY FOR CHANGING STANDARD ORDERS
- Any order for standard product can be changed before 4:00 PM (EST) the following day and the shipping date will be recalculated if needed.
- QuickShip orders cannot be changed and must be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering and reordered.
POLICY FOR CANCELLING CUSTOM ORDERS
- Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
The customer can cancel any custom order without incurring any fees if the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of submitting a duly authorized Purchase Order. - Cancellation After 24 Hours:
For cancellations carried out after 24-hours of receiving a duly authorized Purchase Order, then the customer will be required to reimburse all expenses incurred by Ranger Design on behalf of the customer. - Custom Orders in Production or in-Transit:
The cancellation of custom orders that are already in production, pending delivery, or in transit to the customer, will result in a charge of 100% of the sale price to the customer. - Cancellation After Receipt of Custom Order:
The cancellation of custom orders that have been received by the customer will result in a charge of 100% of the sale price, plus an additional 15% administration fee to cover the initial costs incurred by Ranger Design to have the product shipped to the customer.
