A large service customer came to Ranger Design looking for a custom design to help carry their specialty equipment.
THE CUSTOMER’S MAIN CHALLENGE
Fitting all the tools necessary for the job, in a small van. Our customer’s main challenge was finding a way to carry their specialty tools and equipment in a small van. They also needed this storage space to be as flexible as possible, since their technicians carry other types of equipment as well, depending on the job. Their other main challenge was ease of access. They wanted it to be safer and easier to access their tools from outside the van.

- Light-weight aluminum shelving for increased payload.
- Custom-built removable shelf trays, designed to hold specific tools and equipment of the trade.
- Soft rubber mats for each shelf tray to ensure no damage to the tools and to give a quiet, rattle-free ride.
- Large grab handle for easy access into the cargo space.
- Aluminum partition to protect the driver in case of a crash.
