TERMS OF SALE & AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE CONFIDENTIAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION

If credit terms are approved, payment in full is due thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Ranger Design Inc. reserves the right to change payment terms at any time if an account is past due.
No term or condition contained in any purchase order, offer, writing or other communication to Ranger Design Inc. shall be valid and binding upon Ranger Design Inc. unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Ranger Design Inc. or is identical to the written terms and conditions of sale of Ranger Design Inc.
The undersigned Applicant understands and agrees that any invoices paid by credit card are subject to applicable surcharges of 2% for Visa, Mastercard, Discover and 3% for American Express, with exception to the selection of “Credit Card Pre-Payment” terms option found herein.
The undersigned Applicant agrees and authorizes the company Ranger Design Inc. to receive and consult information on my (our) account and my (our) credit experience with all creditors, credit bureaus, banks or any financial institutions and other service suppliers. This agreement is effective for the whole duration of this contract.
The company Design Ranger Inc. is authorized to communicate all credit experience information on the undersigned to all creditors, credit bureaus, banks or any financial institutions and service suppliers for the whole duration of this contract.
It is understood and agreed that acceptance of returned merchandise is subject to Ranger Design Inc.’s applicable return policy as found on our official website.
