CHRP or CIRC certification is required
Bachelors in HR or Industrial Relations or BA with HR concentration
5+ years’ experience in HR role, (preferably 7+ years)
Must have been in an HR Generalist role
Manufacturing type business experience
HRIS experience is an asset
