OEM Manufacturing Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven OEM Manufacturing Engineer to help strengthen and scale our manufacturing capabilities within the growing OEM Department. 

This dynamic opportunity is rooted in ensuring our OEM partners receive top-tier products, delivered with precision and consistency. You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and manage the production of automotive projects from letter of intent through Mass Production Phase. 
  • Optimize production of OEM/Fleet projects during mass production. 
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, keeping them up to date with changes in material, shipping, and the impacts of customer change requests. 
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Chain and Inventory team. Provide average per week, max per week, and minimum order quantity updates as changes occur. 
  • Provide packaging, tooling, and labor costs during the costing phase. 
  • Manage change if there is any (material change or customer minor design change 

Requirements 

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem solving, creativity and strategic skills. 
  • Outstanding communication skills and business acumen. 
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. 
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume role. 
  • Identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the workplace to ensure safety and well-being of the employees 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role. 
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or information technology engineering.
