You will be in charge of a close knit, well organized and supportive Marketing team. Together with your team you will carefully analyze and consider the market to determine the winning strategy that will produce the desired sales growth. Thorough understanding of the industry ‘big picture’ is essential along with precise follow through and execution of the strategic details.
The Director of Marketing is an expert at formulating well thought out, mistake free communications that keep customers accurately informed in a timely manner. Customer feedback from surveys is the driver for improvement and leads to a reduction in errors.
Because of your experience in the interactive, e-commerce and numeric arena, you will be a master at developing a world class web presence that generates increased traffic, sales and a streamlined electronic buying experience for Ranger Design’s distributor network as well as our fleet and OEM partners.
- University degree in Marketing or Commerce
- MBA is a plus
- 10-15 years marketing experience
- 8-10 years management experience
- Experience in a distributor type business is a plus
- Numeric, interactive web based experience

- Strong in E-Commerce
- CRM in a B2B or B2C environment
- Exposure to HTML
