- Good work, looks great Craig! Ranger suggests about 6 hours for that package + you would obviously have some modifications to reduce the shelving lengths. Was there more to the upfit than the Ranger package? How did you arrive at a 10 hour labor estimate, and why it ended up at 18? (good job on tracking this, it is very important) Re the van size change, we have found that customers frequently get the model wrong and if you don't have a chance to see the van until it arrives....it can really cause some grief! 🙂 You might already do this but if not, I would highly recommend asking for a VIN with every order, then double-check it using an online VIN decoder. I could hardly count the number of times we've caught changes that have affected the order. All the best!Craig I look forward to seeing any new projects you have going. When I spoke to you this morning you mentioned two that you had coming up. I'm anxious to see these photos.
J.If anyone else has any of these amazing jobs and photos to share, dont be shy! We would LOVE to see them!
J.My bad, this was a Promaster 🙂Thank you for your photos!
Amazing job on doing this for your customer!
For your future orders you should use a F511 package as this would be the package for the Transit and the E311 is actually a Promaster package.
Regards,Customer bought the E311 package for the 148" WB Transit Ext, then had us cut it down to fit his 148" WB Transit.
Labor was factored at 10 hours...took 18.
Customer wants to do more, and we will after I adjust the quote with the new labor hour adjustment.
