The HR Technician at Ranger Design fills a vital and integral role in keeping the HR team organized and efficient. The Human Resource function is very detailed, by nature, and requires accuracy and the ability to follow procedures exactly and consistently.
This clerical position is responsible to keep the electronic HR records current and 100% accurate. This includes: employee records, government documentation, time off records, training attendance documentation and recruiting and hiring records. Ranger Design is an ISO certified company which requires that all procedures be understood and followed in order to remain compliant. The consequences of inaccurate record keeping are significant and must be avoided at all costs.
Timely data entry is also part of this role. Data relating to salary, time off, training attendance and performance reviews is received as changes occur. This information is then entered in the appropriate area to ensure that all adjustments are correctly made and that all records are current. Notifications are then sent, as required, to management and department heads along with follow up communications when further information needs to be gathered from the managers.
Team communication and collaboration is very important at Ranger Design. You will be working with a team that is focused on providing the best customer experience possible. Every team member’s input is regarded as valuable and is considered, with the goal that all initiatives and decisions enhance the customer’s appreciation of Ranger as a company and that Ranger Design is continually becoming a better place to work.
Are you motivated by providing a rewarding work experience for others? Do you believe in bringing value to your customers and in getting better every day? Then Ranger Design may be exactly the company that you have been waiting for. You won’t find another company that lives these core values the way that Ranger does. Don’t make the wrong choice. Send us your resume; we would love to hear from you.
